Webb County held the 28th Annual Domestic Violence Coalition Proclamation alongside county and city officials. Yvana Guzman, an 11th grade student at Garcia Early College High School, recited a poem in honor of domestic violence survivors titled "I'm A Woman and I Deserve More."

This rare annual event in Laredo was both educational and memorable, offering insights not often available to the community.
